The Gold Coast is the perfect vacation spot for any family especially if you are an active family. Australia's Gold Coast is, home to a huge assortment of Theme Parks, animal sanctuaries, family cruises, tours and outdoor excitement.

If you are having a birthday in the family while on vacation hit the best party stop in town at Drax's for Kids. Instead of inflatable castles and clowns you get Dracula himself every Saturday for matinee performances. After Dracula has gone on his way, why not head on over to the local Haunted House and let the kids get their hearts pumping and the goose bumps popping.

For the more creative kids out there, they may enjoy a trip through Infinity. Infinity is just hopping with maze filled adventures for your little brainiac to figure out. There is of course miniature golf, go-carting, gaming world's, wax museum's and family geared cruises with whale watching and jet ski lessons. By the way don't forget the beaches. What kid doesn't want to swim in an ocean at least once right?
