Documented in 2009, Japan ranks as the 2nd largest economy on the planet. With the United States of America in the number one place. Japan was just about the most powerful countries during the first 2 world wars and these days its power is thriving as a nation of financial improvement. With more than 30 million residents, it is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. And, for tourism, Japan is highly located.

In Japan, a sizable family is emblematic of power and abundance. Much of the developments are visible its capital city, Tokyo. Its name means "sun origin" which is often times called the "Land of the Rising Sun". Japan is definitely an archipelago comprised of almost seven thousand destinations in the Pacific Ocean. Its biggest islands make up almost the entire country are Honshu, Kyushu, Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Okinawa and the majority of of its islands are mountainous, many of which are active volcanoes. Japan is popular for one of the highest volcanoes in the world, Mount Fuji.

Japan is also famous for its love for robots which can be seen in many of their modern literature like comics, magazines and television shows. It is popular for a great fiction creature called "Godzilla", a dinosaur that terrorizes the country. This ancient creature, they say, has been inspired by the many series of earthquakes that happened to Japan, leaving hundreds of thousands dead and the country in ruins. True enough, Japan sits on the Pacific Ring of Fire, the name given to the area of three tectonic plates that frequently cause low-intensity tremor and volcanic activity. Because of this , why there are many beautiful hot spring resorts in the country.

Climate: Japan has beautiful and amazing weathers known as temperate where winters and summers are generally mild and has never become extremely chilly or extremely hot. The country is also divided into 6 climactic areas mainly Hokkaido with long temperate climates, cold winter and cool summer, Sea of Japan with major snowfall during wintertime, Central Highland with a typical inland climate, Seto Inland Sea with mild weather all through the year, Pacific Ocean with snow fall and hot damp summers and Ryukyu Islands where typhoons are most common. Wet season in Japan begins in May in Okinawa, June in Honshu and July in Hokkaido. Typhoons often bring heavy rains throughout late summer and early fall.

Transportation: Well-known for its bullet trains called Shinkansen and the country has left-handed traffic meaning that steering wheels of vehicles are located on the right side. Since Japan is one of the leading manufacturers on the planet, new and used cars often come very cheap. It has 176 airports, and dozens of railway companies that serve the riding public.
