If you are like thousands of other people, you are looking to unload that timeshare you bought into years ago but just don't use anymore. It probably was a great idea at the time. Once you have the price, you can begin to list the property. This can be done by you, using available media or on line sales sites like eBay and Craig's List. This has the advantages of lower fees, as you only pay for the listings.

If you don't know where to best list your property, or have not had success with your current listing strategy, you can consider using a professional real estate firm that specializes in timeshare listings. But make sure you check their credentials out first, and make sure that you have gone online and checked the price point yourself. That way you will have a better idea if your firm is doing you a service.
