The Making of another cheap holiday
As a college student, I do not have a lot of extra money to spend to go on vacations or holidays. Going to the beach and going to concerts, however, have always been something I greatly enjoy doing, so if I can go both places without spending a fortune, I feel like I'm doing great. In the summer, I find that I can go to my aunt's house in Delaware and do both of the things that I enjoy for a low cost. I do not have to pay a lot of money for a hotel room, because she lets me stay at her apartment with her for free. I don't have to pay for food, either, because she will make a meal every night and I am allowed to eat whatever I want in her refrigerator.

This just goes to show that even if you are a college student who has to spend a lot of money on tuition and books, if you have good friends and family, you can go on a holiday for little or no cost and still have an amazing time with many memories. I always remember these times, because of the memories we make. The last time we went to the beach, a seagull that was flying over head pooped on my aunt's shoulder and made quite a mess. Another time, we wound up losing our camera with all of our pictures on it, because someone stole it off from our blanket.
While my aunt doesn't attend the concerts with me, I often meet up with friends who are also attending the concert and we make so many ridiculous, yet funny memories. Last summer, my friend forgot to put laces in his shoes, and wound up having one fly off of his foot at the concert, which started a fight between him and another holiday concert goer. We've also got to take so many cool pictures and meet bands that we've gone to see for no cost, just by hanging out after the show is over.
